Say goodbye to fear of public speaking

The main goal of this workshop is developing strategies to cope with everyday situations, such as controlling anxiety, losing the fear of speaking in class, making decisions, losing shyness and gaining self-confidence. We work in groups, for children from 6 to 16 years old, although we start working on this project from the age of 1 year, so that this attitude is not alien to them and they acquire healthy habits from the beginning. We believe that not only parents play an important role in the development of children, but also educators must be aware of these situations and show their support, patience and time to the child, who must learn to say goodbye to the fear of talking and interacting with others.
